Introduction to Finding and Using eBooks

The Library offers a couple of relevant eBook collections through the tools EBook Central and EBSCO eBooks.

Though books may not be your default means of gathering information to use for your courses, you will find that the Business-related eBooks enhance your understanding of business concepts and theories, as well as provide background and context for present economic and business concerns worldwide.

Using EBSCO eBooks

If you have used either of our article databases Corporate ResourceNet or Business Source Premier, then you already know how to use EBSCO eBooks, as it uses the same interface design.

Enter your terms in separate search boxes (e.g., China AND market* OR econom*). Scan the results and select an item by clicking the title.

You have a few options to view the eBooks including reading it on your computer screen (eBook Full Text) and downloading portions of it in PDF form.

To download a section, you must have an EBSCO account.  If you do not have one, simply Create a New Account (look for "Sign In" at the top of the screen).
